At Stellaport, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities. Please note that due to the specific nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we operate an "Exchange Only, No Refunds" policy.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, has been damaged in transit, or is not of acceptable quality, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
- Major Failure: If the product has a major failure (e.g., spoiled, broken, unusable), we will provide a replacement of the identical product or a product of similar value free of charge.
- Minor Failure: For minor failures, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected item.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds; only product exchanges are provided.
2. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety standards for cosmetics, we do not accept return or exchange requests for "change of mind". All sales are final.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
